The case study reports a slide that said “no barcode required” while showing a barcode. Checking the words alone would have missed the contradiction.
In the three-page rerun, the smaller canvas produced “Retriveal” and “recalimed”. The larger canvas came out clean on the first attempt. These are reported observations from this case study.
